Symbria Rx Services is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our growing team at our Great Lakes East Pharmacy located in Beachwood, OH!

This is a Hybrid position.

The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the dispensing pharmacy in accordance with current state, federal, and local legal requirements, as well as to provide pharmacy services consistent with all applicable policies, procedures, and safeguarding patient safety. They will maintain efficient strategies to dispense workflow while working with direct reports to assure the pharmacy is dispensing prescriptions in compliance with all state and federal laws, and rules governing the practice of pharmacy.

• Bachelor’s of Science degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) from NABP accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Valid state registered pharmacist license in good standing.
• Managerial experience required; minimum one to three years.
• Institutional Pharmacy and Long Term Care formulary experience required.
• Must be able to work and lead in a flexible schedule as operational needs dictate, including, when necessary, nights and weekends, holidays, covering open pharmacist shifts, or taking off-site phone calls to assist with emergent needs of the department.
