We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our EMPLOYEE-OWNED TEAM in the area of Hazel Green, WI!

 

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients restore and maintain maximum function and prevent disability using a range of therapeutic modalities specific to upper extremity function, sensory and perceptual skills, coordination and self-care skills including, light hygiene, bathing, dressing, transfers, eating, and homemaking. Position Highlights

  • Full-Time - {$5,000 Sign on Bonus} 
  • Part Time - {$3,000 -Sign on Bonus}
  • PRN - {$1,000 Sign on Bonus}
  • This is an OT split position between St. Dominic Villa and Home Health to cover nearby cities within a 30 mile radius. ***Mileage reimbursement included***

Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will administer a prescribed OT program to restore and maintain maximum function and prevent disability using a range of therapeutic modalities specific to upper extremity function, sensory and perceptual skills, coordination and self-care skills including, light hygiene, bathing, dressing, transfers, eating, and homemaking. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

  • Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
  • Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
  • Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience preferred.
