The Regional Director of Pharmacy (RDOP) is responsible to direct the provision of efficient operations and growth of Symbria Rx Services in assigned regions through successful and effective execution of all activities related to the operation, including new business development, human resources programs, problem-solving and conflict resolution. In addition, the DOP supports the activities of Symbria pharmacies in other regions under the direction of the Vice President of Pharmacy Operations including mentorship, central fill support, and operational efficiency advisement.
