Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Meridian Village is seeking its next employee-owner team member. This role is 100% on-site.

This position is eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus!

As a Occupational Therapist (OT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Education and Experience:

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!

Certifications and Licenses:

• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) Occupational Therapist state license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of Occupational Therapy experience.
• Experience with evaluations, documentation, resident screening, caseload management, and monitoring.
• Productivity standard of 85%.
