We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our EMPLOYEE-OWNED TEAM!

 

*This position offers a $7,500 sign on bonus!!!*

 

 As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain or improve their physical abilities. You will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, implement therapeutic exercises and techniques, and provide education on injury prevention and proper body mechanics. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. 😊

 

This is a Full time PT Home Health position to cover nearby cities within a 30 mile radius. Mileage reimbursement included.

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

  • Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapists.
  • Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
  • Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience preferred
