Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Home Health Rehab Team in the Chesterfield, MO area  is seeking its next employee-owner team member.

 

Note:  NO REMOTE OPTION.  This is a Home Health OTR position that would cover the Chesterfield MO area and up to 30 mile radius.  Mileage allowance per company policy will be offered.

 

We can consider Part Time (20-29 hours weekly) or PRN/Casual status for this role.  

 

NO HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.  NEW GRADS WELCOME TO APPLY

Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

  • Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
  • Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
  • Have CPR certification (or willing to obtain before hired)
  • Valid Driver's License and Auto/Vehicle Insurance Required
  • It’s great to have had home health, acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
