Symbria Rx Services is seeking a Third Party Audit Specialist to add to our growing team.

 

The Third Party Audit Specialist is responsible for timely and accurate completion of third-party audits.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for completion of third-party audits:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for third party payors;
  • Research and procure appropriate documentation requested in audit;
  • Collaborate with client, as necessary to obtain adequate and accurate documentation;
  • Ascertain timely response to all audit requests; and track and report audit results to Management on a timely basis.

• Responsible for rebilling any claims necessary because of audit procedures.
• Assist in verification of Medicaid eligibility, as requested.
• Assist with weekly and monthly unit dose composite claims, as requested.
• Assist in billing efforts, as requested.
• Assist with hospice billing, as requested.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Long-term care pharmacy billing experience, minimum two (2) years.
• Knowledge of billing software, electronic billing, and electronic medical records.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with clear ability to adhere to deadlines.
• Detail oriented with effective time management skills.


Software skills:

  • Experience with billing and accounting software for managing accounts, processing payments, and reconciling reports; and Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products.
