Symbria Rx Services is seeking a Third Party Cycle Billing Specialist to add to our growing team.
The Third Party Cycle Billing Specialist is responsible for ensuring technically correct, accurate, and timely monthly adjudication of unit dose cycle batches and rejections.

• Responsible for the technically correct, accurate, and timely monthly adjudication of unit dose transactions and rejections, including all necessary interaction with insurance companies to resolve issues timely.
• Ensure claims are posted accurately and in a timely manner.
• Responsible for entire process of obtaining approval for prescriptions that need prior authorization.
• Collaborate with Clinical Success Team (“CST”) to obtain approval from client or customer on non-covered medications, if required.
• Assist Billing Technicians with rebilling efforts and processing any other open batches, as needed.
• Effectively communicate issues that may prevent batches from being posted, as needed.
• Assume primary responsibility for billing for Hospice services.
• Assist with Third Party Audits, as requested.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pharmacy technician license required; national certification preferred.
• Experience with long-term care or retail pharmacy billing, minimum five (5) years.
• Experience in a similar role involving accounts receivable or financial customer service, minimum two (2) years.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with clear ability to adhere to deadlines.
• Detail oriented with effective time management skills.
• Familiarity with billing software and documenting management systems.
