Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Tabor Hills in Naperville is seeking its next part-time (20-29 hours) employee-owner team member.

 

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and improve their overall physical function. You will work closely with individuals assessing their needs and developing personalized treatment plans.

Your expertise and guidance will be essential in helping patients regain mobility, increase strength, alleviate pain, and improve their quality of life. 😊

 

 

 

Responsibilities

As a Part-time Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

  • Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
  • Hold a valid state license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
