We're looking for our next driven team member to help provide outstanding care and support to patients in Monroe, WI, and surrounding areas.

  • Location: Monroe, WI, and nearby areas (up to a 30-mile radius). We are open to considering a smaller territory!
  • Flexible Schedule: Craft your own hours—no fixed start or end times.
  • No Home Health Experience Required! We provide the training you need.
  • Mileage Reimbursement: Provided per company policy.
  • Clinical Fellows Welcome! Supervision and training available for those just starting out.

We are open to:

  • Full-Time
  • Part-Time: Weekly hours between 20-29.

Responsibilities

  • Set appropriate goals for your patients and creatively execute individualized treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement clinical and educational speech therapy programs.
  • Work as part of our interdisciplinary team while maintaining productivity standards and completing necessary documentation.
  • Play a key role in helping patients achieve life-changing outcomes, serving as a trusted partner to the community.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
  • Hold a valid state license.
  • Flexible and able to work varying hours.
  • Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a bonus but not required!
