Are you a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Garden Spot Village in New Holland and Maple Farm in Akron is seeking its next employee-owner team member.

 

This postiion qualifies for a $2,000 Sign On Bonus

 

This Full Time role will split between 2 of our beautiful communities:  Garden Spot Village (New Holland, PA) and Maple Farms (Akron, PA).  This is NOT a remote position; therapist will be working inhouse assigned to both communities.  

 

Unfortunately we cannot consider Clinical Fellows at this time

Responsibilities

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with developing and implementing clinical and educational SLP programs. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

  • Be a graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
  • Hold a valid or pending state license.
  • CPR Certification Required or be willing to obtain before start of employment
  • At lease 1 year acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
