🎓 What You Need to Succeed:

✔ Graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
✔ Hold a valid or pending state license (for new graduates).
✔ Acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience is a plus—but not required!
