This is an excellent opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our geriatric populations while working in a collaborative and supportive environment! As a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will administer a prescribed OT program to restore and maintain maximum function and prevent disability using a range of therapeutic modalities specific to upper extremity function, sensory and perceptual skills, coordination and self-care skills including, light hygiene, bathing, dressing, transfers, eating, and homemaking. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
• Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience preferred.
