POSITION SUMMARY
The Area Director works with the Regional Director to oversee clinical and financial aspects of the assigned communities. Provide ongoing customer service and communication to the Community Executive Directors, Administrators, Director of Nursing, or requested personnel. Ensure each Community is appropriately staffed and conduct chart audits for clinical content and regulatory compliance. Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations.

This position requires flexibility to travel to different client locations. This may include some out-of-state travel to service client needs.
