✔ Split Between Two Facilities: The Barrington of Oakley & The Barrington of Westchester
✔ Supportive, Team-Oriented Environment

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients regain independence
✅ Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants to ensure top-quality care
✅ Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to support patient success
✅ Maintain productivity standards and complete documentation
✅ Make a real impact in a warm, senior-focused setting

📌 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
✅ Valid State License (or pending for new grads)
✅ Flexible availability – including weekends if needed
✅ Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a plus (but not required!)
