As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will:

• Develop personalized, creative treatment plans that help residents rebuild strength and confidence.

• Guide and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants to ensure excellent outcomes.

• Collaborate with nurses, OTs, SLPs, and other team members to deliver holistic care.

• Keep up with documentation and productivity standards (we keep it manageable).

• Most importantly — be a trusted partner and advocate for your patients’ health journeys.

• A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• A valid or pending state PT license (we welcome new grads!).

• CPR certification (or willingness to get it before hire).

• Bonus points if you’ve got experience in acute care, long-term care, or senior rehab — but it’s not a dealbreaker.
