Are you a licensed therapist with leadership potential and a passion for empowering older adults? If so, our rehab team at Evergreen Retirement in Cincinnati, OH is looking for its next employee-owner!

This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to support clinical excellence, guide a dedicated therapy team, and step into a leadership role that makes a difference. As Assistant Program Manager, you’ll support the Program Manager and serve as a key resource for both staff and patients in our outpatient setting.

✅ Support and help manage daily operations of the interdisciplinary rehab team
✅ Coordinate therapy services with the nursing department and larger care team
✅ Supervise therapists, assistants, and rehab aides
✅ Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and Symbria policies
✅ Monitor team productivity and caseload balance
✅ Assist in community marketing and promotion of rehab services
✅ Collect outcome data to track and enhance program performance
✅ Step in as Program Manager when needed

🎓 Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
🏥 Valid clinical license in the state of Ohio
💡 Strong leadership and organizational skills
💬 Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
💻 Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
⭐ 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (rehab, outpatient, LTC, or acute care)
