Are you a Speech Language Pathologist passionate about helping older adults find their voice, reclaim their independence, and connect more deeply with the world around them? At Symbria, we’re looking for our next employee-owner to join the team at University Place — a community-focused role where your impact will be personal, powerful, and lasting.
As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with developing and implementing clinical and educational SLP programs. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
Develop and implement creative, personalized treatment plans
Help patients achieve meaningful progress in speech, cognition, and swallowing
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver top-tier care
Educate patients and families while advocating for their goals
Maintain productivity and complete documentation — all while keeping outcomes front and center
Degree from an accredited SLP program
Valid (or pending) state license in Indiana
Experience in acute, long-term, or rehab settings is helpful — but your passion and purpose matter most
