We’re looking for a passionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our employee-owner team at two welcoming senior living communities:
π Woodlands at Canterfield – West Dundee, IL
π Sheridan at Tyler Creek – Elgin, IL
This is a fantastic opportunity to split your week between two well-managed locations and work alongside a dedicated team that’s focused on patient-centered care—and proud to be 100% employee-owned!
As a Part-Time COTA, you’ll work closely with an Occupational Therapist to:
Create meaningful treatment plans tailored to residents’ needs
Deliver compassionate, hands-on therapy that promotes independence and function
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
Ensure documentation is accurate and timely
Graduate of an accredited COTA program
Valid or pending state license (we welcome new grads!)
Experience in long-term care, rehab, or acute care is a bonus—but not required
