We’re looking for a compassionate, team-oriented PRN Physical Therapist Assistant ready to jump in and make a difference—one step, one stretch, one smile at a time.

As a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

🧠 Collaborate with the PT to create personalized treatment plans
🎯 Deliver hands-on care that helps patients reach their goals
📝 Document progress and contribute meaningfully to interdisciplinary care
💬 Be a friendly, familiar face patients and families can count on

✔️ Graduate of an accredited PTA program
✔️ Valid Ohio license (or in process!)
✔️ CPR certification (or willingness to obtain by start)
✔️ Flexibility to support weekday or weekend shifts as needed
✔️ Bonus if you’ve got LTC, rehab, or acute care experience—but not required!
