🧠 Create and carry out personalized treatment plans
🤝 Supervise PTAs while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
📈 Support patient goals with outcomes-driven care and documentation
💬 Build trusted relationships that go beyond the therapy session

✔️ Graduate of an accredited PT program
✔️ Valid Ohio state PT license
✔️ Flexibility for weekday/weekend coverage
✔️ Experience in rehab, LTC, or acute care is a plus—but not required!
