As a PTA, you’ll work side-by-side with Physical Therapists to:

• Carry out individualized treatment plans and support patients in achieving their goals.

• Help older adults regain strength, mobility, and confidence.

• Document care accurately and maintain productivity standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that values your input and expertise.

• • Graduate of an accredited PTA program.

  • Current (or pending for new grads) Iowa state license.

  • Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is a plus—but not required.
