Responsibilities

As a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

  • Partner with OTs to deliver creative, patient-centered care

  • Empower older adults to regain confidence + independence

  • Be part of a collaborative, supportive rehab team

  • Balance documentation while keeping patient goals first

 

Qualifications

🎯 What You Bring:

  • Graduate of an accredited COTA program

  • Current state license in good standing

  • Flexibility (FT, PT, or weekends!)

  • Bonus if you’ve worked in rehab, LTC, or acute care
