If you’re a Physical Therapist who loves connection, creativity, and helping older adults stay active and independent — this role was made for you.
We’re looking for our next employee-owner to join a collaborative, upbeat rehab team supporting two welcoming senior-living communities:
West Dundee – Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
Elgin – Tuesdays & Thursdays
This split schedule gives you variety, strong relationships with two teams, and a steady caseload you can truly influence.
As a PT, you’ll:
Set meaningful goals and deliver purposeful, patient-centered treatment
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that actually listens
Partner with and supervise PTAs who value your leadership
Help your patients reclaim strength, function, and confidence
Enjoy the stability of two consistent locations without the chaos of constant travel
If you want your work to matter — this is it.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Valid or pending state PT license (new grads welcome!)
Experience in rehab, acute care, or long-term care is helpful, but not required — we love to grow our team from within
We’re a 100% employee-owned company, which means:
You have a true stake in the organization
Your ideas matter
Your growth matters
Your voice is part of how we shape the future
