What This Role Looks Like:
You’ll create purposeful, individualized treatment plans, set realistic goals, and guide patients through safe, thoughtful progress. You’ll also mentor and collaborate with PTAs and partner alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team. Documentation and productivity standards are part of the job—but your heart for patient care is what we value most.
What You Bring to the Team:
Graduate of an accredited PT program
Active Indiana PT license (or pending for recent graduates)
Flexibility to support weekend or variable shifts as needed
Experience in acute care, LTC, or post-acute rehab is a plus—but not required
Why You’ll Love Working With Us:
Symbria is a 100% employee-owned company through our ESOP. That means when you join us, you’re not “just” staff—you’re an owner. Your ideas matter, your growth matters, and you have a real stake in the future we’re building together. For more than 20 years, we’ve built a culture where clinicians feel supported, valued, and heard.
What We Offer:
401(k) with both Pre-tax & Roth options
Company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
A team culture built on trust, collaboration, and shared success
