Are you an Occupational Therapist who thrives when empowering older adults to stay independent, engaged, and confident? Our Symbria Rehab Team in Northbrook, IL is excited to welcome its next employee-owner for a fulfilling part-time OT role.
As a Part-Time OT, you’ll play a vital role in helping residents maintain function and enjoy meaningful daily routines. You will:
Create individualized, goal-focused treatment plans
Implement inventive OT interventions that meet each resident’s needs
Provide guidance and oversight to Occupational Therapy Assistants
Collaborate closely with a compassionate interdisciplinary team
Maintain productivity expectations and documentation accuracy
Become a trusted, consistent clinical presence within a warm senior-living community
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active Illinois OT license (or ability to obtain)
Ability to support a part-time schedule, including some flexibility
Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is helpful—but not required
A heart for older adults and a desire to make a lasting impact
