POSITION SUMMARY
The primary purpose of the Data Operations Trainer is to create, deliver, and keep up to date a training development plan complete with materials, video and written tutorials, instructions, guides and other learning resources for the following departments: Data Entry, PTCS, Community Advocates and all other Data Entry positions.
To perform this job successfully, the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily is necessary and the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
• Pharmacy Technician License and Certification as per State requirements.
• Data entry experience; minimum three years.
• Demonstrated leadership skills including ability to effectively communicate, develop and assist
team members.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.
• Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology.
• General knowledge of formulary management processes.
• Strong knowledge of FrameworkLTC and document imagining software.
• General computer knowledge including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel to alternate pharmacy locations as required by business needs.
Qualifications Preferred:
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED), college degree preferred.
• Managerial experience required; minimum one year, three years preferred.
