✅ Help residents regain independence and confidence
✅ Maintain documentation & productivity standards
✅ Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
✅ Build meaningful relationships with residents and families

🎓 Graduate of an accredited COTA program
📜 Active Illinois license OR ability to obtain (we can guide you!)
💡 Rehab or long-term care experience is a plus — not required
