Responsibilities

🏥 What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized therapy programs.

  • Support and guide Physical Therapist Assistants.

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.

  • Document progress and maintain productivity standards.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

  • Hold (or are eligible for) an IL state PT license.

  • Experience in rehab, long-term, or acute care is a plus — new grads welcome!
