✨ What You’ll Do ✨
✅ Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
✅ Deliver skilled occupational therapy services to improve function and independence
✅ Collaborate with COTAs and interdisciplinary team members
✅ Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity standards
✅ Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and progress
✅ Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards

Qualifications

📌 What You Bring 📌
🎓 Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
📜 Active Illinois OTR/L license OR ability to obtain (we can guide you!)
💡 Experience in rehab or long-term care is a plus — not required
