Are you a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Londonderry Village (Palmyra) and Cumberland Crossing (Carlisle) is seeking its next employee-owner team member.

 

This 40 hour weekly Full Time role will cover these 2 communities.  We anticipate that 2 Full Days at each building plus 1 Day split between the two communities.  We will offer mileage reimbursement between both communities on the day the ST has to travel to both in one day.

 

Both these communities are top rated CCRC's offering inpatient, outpatient and home health on campus.  Great culture and team members at both communities.

Responsibilities

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with developing and implementing clinical and educational SLP programs. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

  • Be a graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
  • Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
  • It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
  • Be able to travel at least 1 day per week to both communities.
