The Pharmacy Tech Customer Specialist (PTCS) is responsible for providing services directly to customers and staff of assisted living and independent living campuses in order to maintain customer satisfaction and increase client base within a campus. The PTCS has primary responsibility for ensuring customer and community needs are met.
