Due to a retirement, Symbria is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to guide the ongoing development and implementation of Symbria’s human resource strategy for a population of 2200+ employees at multiple domestic locations. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CHRO is a trusted advisor, an active leadership team member, and key partner and coach to leaders at all levels. He/she is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of organization design and development, succession planning, talent acquisition, change management, performance management, employee engagement, training and development, compensation and benefits. The position supervises two directors and has a total HR team of 12 people. The CHRO emulates Symbria’s core values and culture of service while driving the evolution of strategic HR practices to achieve excellence.
